The knitting group meets today and I am so glad! I only have a few skills to ask about and then I can finish Ella's Sweater. She says she wants me to knit her a pink skirt. I think not.
I have been working hard and have managed to undo the weekend snack attack damage. If I stay focused (and hungry and a little cranky) I can check off another pound for this week. Go, Amy, go! Wouldn't it be great to be down 23 pounds for spring break? Yes.
Okay, here is the run down for next weeks plans:
Drive to Minnesota on Sunday night and stay at a hotel. Swim with Ella. Pick up John on Monday morning at the Minneapolis airport. (insert visit with Esther if schedules permit) Drive to Jenny's house and have piles of fun. Drive back to Minneapolis on Wednesday (insert visit Esther if schedules permit). Drop off John at airport. Drive to a hotel somewhere in Wisconsin. Swim with Ella. Drive home and go to work on Thursday. Ella is going to have sooooo much fun seeing Henry! I am terribly excited because I get to see all my favorite people.
My sister called this morning asking me to go shopping in Chicago in April. She mentioned something about staying in a hotel. I wonder if Ella is invited? I wonder if JoAnn is going to pay for the room? I am spending all my money next week in Minnesota! But Ikea does sound like fun...

Happy St. Patty's Day. I have to share: So the bar just got a digital jukebox. It's got the most random shit on it, and one song is Groove is in the Heart by Deee-Lite. And oh, last night, it came on randomly and I was so happy.
That's all.
I will pick up the hotel bill if you can handle my snoring. And sleep apnia. We could get drunk and then not notice. Ella is definitely not invited. I'm down 2 lbs. I can't wait for IKEA. I also invited da general to join us.
