Frozen Vegetables

After talking with my sister about WW, I have decided to use her "ease and convenience" method of buying bags of frozen vegetables. I like fresh, but she told me how she just nukes a serving of veggies for a quick breakfast. So I shall try it this week. I was down a measly .6 pounds this week, but am still thankful that I lost it instead of the reverse.

Frozen vegetables are the next best thing to fresh vegetables, because unlike canned veggies, fresh vegetables are frozen with their freshness... canned vegetables slowly loose their fresh in the can. Microwaving is a nice way to cook the vegetables and keep them moist. I think you'll be plesantly surprised.

Yes, frozen is much better than canned. I never get canned because it's just plain yucky. Poor R and E will just have to suffer with me and eat the frozen stuff. I still make them tasty hot buttered noodles, so I think they will survive.

Pumkin Pie.... I think Ella likes it, G-Peg likes it, Ron? Dunno. I think it's okay. I wonder if Sally has a low points recipe? I should probably make pumkin pie at Thanksgiving. Micheal, I have a few recipes that are super easy to follow, if you wanna try and bake your very own.
