Ella's so much bigger in her pictures now, but I remember her small like the one you posted. Such a little sweetie! You'll be glad for the half hour of exercise each day; gets the 'ol ticker going and the blood pumping all the vinegar out of the veins. Isn't that a weird expression? My grandmother used to say that, and now that I know a lot more about anatomy I can't for the life of me figure out where the hell it would have come from. Hmm. Anyway, weekly report down -1. Got any big plans for the weekend?

G'morning Chris!
Congrats on the loss! My plans for the weekend: Saturday morning I will drop Ella off at Clio's then go to practice for the Dragon Boat race. This will make my arms and torso very sore. I will spend the rest of the weekend with ice packs or heating pads. Ron is going to Baraboo for "Fighting Bob Fest". I have some grand news to report tomorrow, but you'll have to wait for my report to hear the official details.
