I'll post my plate and Ella's coat hook when we get them back, but here is the finished "Bug Plate" with green caterpillar, butterfly, black spider, black fly, red moth, yellow sun, blue sky and some green grass. What a happy caterpillar!

What a great plate. It would look so cool hung on the wall. It's cold out. I mean "freeze your fingers and can't remember what it was like to be warm" cold. Really cold. Really.
Okay, good news! After sticking to my exact Points target for the past week I am happy to report -4 today. Big 'ol smile! This whole weight-loss thing feels like the exact mentality of quitting smoking. There must be some sort of study to do here.

Wow! -4 is pretty darn great! Good Job!!! I am going to go back to WW starting on SUNDAY. I was trying a different plan with the whole exercise thing and it just did not work out for weight-loss. I've gained! But I am getting stronger and that feels good. So WW eating with this exercise routine and I should be all set for success! See you on the beach this summer!
I listened to NPR today and there is a story about children's music, and I have some fondness for the music from that Red Robin Hoppin' along CD. Anyway, this is a pretty cool story, with some neat music.
